Buyers have a 72-hour inspection window for machinery. If it is not as described, you can raise a dispute via the dashboard, and our team will mediate for a refund or repair.
This depends on the vendor. Some list "Stock Lots" for bulk purchase only, while others allow single-piece purchases for export-leftover shoes or bags.
For heavy items, the vendor drops the goods at a goods transport office. They provide a "Bilty" (receipt), which we share with you. You pay the transport charges upon receiving the goods in your city.
