      Welcome to Tuqqa.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

      1. Agreement to Terms
      By registering an account or using the Tuqqa marketplace, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Tuqqa. These terms apply to all visitors, vendors, and buyers within Pakistan.

      2. User Accounts
      Registration: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
      Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
      Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts under Pakistani law.

      3. Vendor Responsibilities & Listings
      Accuracy: Vendors are solely responsible for the description, quality, and condition of their "Surplus Stock," machinery, or raw materials.
      Authenticity: All products must be authentic. Selling counterfeit goods is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate account termination.
      Ownership: Vendors must have the legal right to sell the inventory listed on the platform.

      4. Prohibited Items & Activities
      To maintain the integrity of our industrial marketplace, the following are prohibited:
      Non-industrial consumer electronics or household items.
      Illegal substances or hazardous materials not properly cleared for domestic transport.
      Circumvention: Users must not bypass Tuqqa to complete transactions for leads generated on the platform. Direct "offline" deals to avoid platform protocols are a violation of these terms.

      5. Transaction & Payment Integrity
      Local Compliance: All transactions must comply with the regulations of the State Bank of Pakistan.
      Escrow Service: When using Tuqqa’s secure payment gateway, funds are held until delivery is verified to protect both parties.

      6. Limitation of Liability
      Tuqqa acts as a facilitator for the Pakistani manufacturing sector. We are not responsible for:
      Direct disputes between buyers and sellers regarding product quality.
      Delays caused by third-party domestic couriers or trucking (Bil-Tee) services.
      Any financial losses resulting from business decisions made based on platform listings.

      7. Intellectual Property
      All content on Tuqqa.com, including logos, text, and graphics, is the property of Tuqqa and is protected by Pakistan’s intellectual property laws.

      8. Dispute Resolution
      In the event of a conflict, users agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through Tuqqa’s mediation team. Any further legal action shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and settled in the courts of Lahore.
