2.  Or order an inspection, and an inspector will be sent to assess it and share the report with you. 

1. Open the lot and Make an offer. 
2. You enter the quantity you want. 
3. And the price you are willing to pay per unit.
4. And the negotiation with the seller starts.

A refund lands in your wallet/bank account, where you can see what it was for and either apply it to your next order or have it refunded.

Once a deal is struck, you get an order in your account dashboard. You may check the progress bar. It moves from confirmed to paid to shipped, and freight to your city is quoted at the time of order.

Freight is quoted separately at the time of order, based on your city, so you see the landed cost before you pay, rather than a surprise at the gate.

Raise it on the order, with photos, before you accept delivery. That is exactly the point at which we are still holding the money, so it is the point at which we can put it right.

We collect from the buyer and pay out once delivery is confirmed. Request the payout from your Seller Center, and we will settle against the confirmed deal.

2. Type your price per unit and the quantity you want, then confirm.
3. Tuqqa.com reviews the deal and asks the seller to confirm the stock.
4. When it opens, you and the seller trade prices in the chat on your Offers page in your dashboard.
5. When both sides land on a price, it becomes an order.

1. On the lot, set the quantity and press Buy now. 
2. Confirm the total in the box that appears — that is what you are committing to, freight quoted separately. 
3. Tuqqa.com checks the deal and confirms stock with the seller. 
4. It becomes an order in your account, and you pay Tuqqa.com, not the seller.

1. Add each lot to your basket as you browse.
2. Open the basket and check the quantity on every line.
3. Press Buy now and confirm the list.
4. Each lot becomes its own deal with its own seller, so one lot being out of stock never holds up the rest. Anything that cannot be bought right now stays in your basket with the reason for it.

1. Open the lot and choose to have it inspected.
2. Select a package, add-ons, or fill any special requirements.
3. Pay the inspection fee.
4. We book the visit with the seller and send a third-party inspector.
5. The report lands in Inspections & reports in your dashboard, with photographs of every defect.

1. On a lot that offers samples, ask for one. 
2. Pay the sample and delivery fee if one is due.
3. The seller prepares it and hands it to our pickup.

1. Open the Wanted Board and describe what you need — grade, quantity, budget.
2. Sellers who can supply it answer through us, with a listing or a quick quote. 
3. The ones worth your time appear under Wanted requests in your dashboard. 
4. Accept one, and it becomes a lot you can buy or make an offer on.

1. In your Buyer Center, open Set up what I buy (later: Profile & addresses → What I buy). 
2. Tick the categories you buy. 
3. A panel opens under each one — tick the kinds you actually buy, or leave them all unticked to mean the whole category. 
4. If something is missing, tick Other and type it: Tuqqa.com reads those and either adds the category or points you at the closest one. 
5. Save, and your deals feed follows it.

1. The order appears under Orders & deliveries with a reference.
2. You pay Tuqqa.com and upload the receipt; we check it against the bank. 
3. The seller prepares the lot and hands it to our freight. 
4. You confirm delivery or report a problem, which stops everything. 
5. Only then is the seller paid.

1. In the Seller Center, press Add listing. 
2. Fill in the basics: title, category, quantity, and your three prices — the minimum you will take, your asking price, and a discounted price if you want one. 
3. Add photos, a video, and the quality tags. 
4. Press Save listing to send it to Tuqqa.com for review. Not finished? Press Save draft: everything, photos included, waits for you under Unfinished listings. 
5. Once we approve it, it goes live, and buyers can make offers.

1. In the listing form, open the variants editor and add a type — Color, Size, or your own. 
2. Add the values, and a photo for each if they look different. 
3. Every mix of values gets its own line: type the stock you have of each, and a price difference if it is dearer or cheaper. 
4. The lot must be priced per unit, not as one lot. Buyers then pick one combination, and each combination keeps its own stock.

1. You are asked to confirm the stock is still there. 
2. The deal opens in Offers & negotiations. 
3. You see what you would be paid.
4. Send your price, or use a quick message to say it is your last one.
5.  When the two sides meet, the deal is confirmed, and the lot is held for that order.

1. Open Buyer demand in the Seller Center, or the Wanted Board, and press I can supply this. 
2. Answer with one of your live listings, or send a quick quote for stock you have not listed yet — title, quantity, price, and photos. 
3. Tuqqa.com reads it first and passes on what fits. 
4. If the buyer accepts a quick quote, it becomes a draft listing for you to finish.
