Terms & Conditions

1. Using Tuqqa
By creating an account, browsing, requesting a sample, negotiating or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies. You must be legally able to contract for the business you represent and provide accurate information.
2. Marketplace role
Tuqqa operates the marketplace and supports verification, communications, payments and fulfilment. For a marketplace product transaction, the supplier first sells the product to Tuqqa. Tuqqa may sell that product to the buyer only after Tuqqa has acquired ownership and taken actual or constructive possession.
3. Listings and enquiries
Listings must be truthful, current and lawful. Images, quantities, condition, defects and specifications must not mislead. Availability and commercial terms remain subject to confirmation.
4. Orders and electronic records
An accepted offer or agreed negotiation price records the commercial terms authorised by each participant; it does not itself conclude a sale by Tuqqa to the buyer while Tuqqa does not own or possess the product. The supplier-to-Tuqqa purchase is completed first. After Tuqqa acquires ownership and actual or constructive possession, Tuqqa concludes a separate sale to the buyer at the agreed buyer price. Platform messages, approvals, payment records and electronic notices may be retained as the transaction record. Tuqqa sells on cash terms only: payment is due in full before fulfilment, and no credit is extended (see the Payment Policy).
5. Acceptable conduct
Users must not bypass Tuqqa on an introduced transaction, misuse another personโs data, manipulate pricing, upload harmful material, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. Tuqqa may restrict accounts, listings or transactions to protect users and the marketplace.
6. Responsibility
Each party must inspect the commercial terms before confirming. To the extent permitted by law, Tuqqa is not liable for indirect or consequential business loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Disputes and governing law
Raise a concern promptly through Tuqqa support with supporting evidence. We will first attempt a fair marketplace resolution. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan and disputes remain subject to the competent courts of Pakistan.
