Business purchases

Industrial and business goods are not automatically returnable because of a change of mind. Eligibility depends on the confirmed order, product condition and applicable law.

Eligible issues

A return, replacement, price adjustment or refund may be considered when goods are materially different from the confirmed description, materially short, damaged before delivery, counterfeit, or otherwise not supplied as agreed.

Reporting an issue

Use the order issue process before confirming delivery. Provide clear photographs, quantities, labels, packaging and any inspection or carrier record. Continue to protect the goods while the matter is reviewed.

Resolution

Tuqqa may request inspection, further evidence or return shipment. Refunds are issued to the original or another verified method after approval, less only those deductions permitted by the confirmed terms or law. Timelines depend on the payment provider.

Non-returnable goods

Used, cut, consumed, customised, perishable or hazardous goods may not be returnable unless they were materially misdescribed or applicable law requires a remedy.
