Shipping arrangement
Shipping is arranged according to the confirmed order. Unless a listing expressly includes freight, Tuqqa or its logistics partner will quote delivery after the quantity, collection point, destination and handling needs are known.
Seller responsibilities
The seller must prepare, package and release the correct goods on time, disclose hazardous or special-handling requirements and provide accurate collection details.
Buyer responsibilities
The buyer must provide a serviceable delivery address, authorised recipient and unloading arrangements. Additional costs caused by incorrect information, refused delivery or unavailable unloading may be charged where supported by evidence.
Risk, delay and inspection
Estimated dates are not guarantees unless a written order expressly says so. Report visible shortage or damage promptly through the order workflow before confirming delivery, with photos and delivery documents. Risk and title pass as stated in the confirmed order and applicable law.
