Payment Policy

Cash sales only

Tuqqa sells on cash terms only. Every deal, sample and inspection is paid in full, in advance, through a payment route Tuqqa displays. We do not offer credit, instalments, deferred payment, post-dated cheques or cash on delivery.

Amount due

The confirmed amount may include goods, sample charges, inspection, shipping, taxes or other disclosed services. No undisclosed charge is binding.

Verification and hold

An order proceeds only after the full payment is verified. When the transaction uses a payment hold, release follows the confirmed delivery and issue process; it is not a bank deposit or investment product.

Failed, duplicate or reversed payments

Contact support with the transaction reference. Tuqqa may pause fulfilment while a payment is investigated and may require a replacement payment after a reversal.

Refunds

Approved refunds follow the Return & Refund Policy. Processing time depends on the payment method, banks and required verification.
