Depending on the goods and route, fulfilment may use courier, cargo, dedicated vehicle, freight carrier, buyer collection or another agreed method.
How a method is selected
The method is based on dimensions, weight, value, fragility, hazardous classification, pickup and delivery locations, urgency and available carrier coverage.
Quotation and confirmation
A delivery method and price shown before confirmation is an estimate unless identified as final. Any material change is presented for approval before payment or dispatch.
Tracking and documents
Tracking details or dispatch evidence will be shown where the carrier supports them. Keep packaging and delivery documents until the goods have been checked.
