At Tuqqa, we understand that dealing with "Surplus Stock," industrial machinery, and raw materials requires a specialized approach. Our policy is designed to balance the needs of Pakistani manufacturers with the rights of business buyers.

1. The Nature of Surplus Stock Sales
Products listed as "Surplus Stock," "Export Leftovers," or "Liquidation Items" are typically sold at high discounts.
Final Sale: Most surplus stock items are sold on an "As-Is" basis and are non-returnable unless they significantly deviate from the listed description.
Buyer Verification: We strongly encourage buyers to communicate with vendors via Tuqqa to request live videos or material specifications before finalizing a bulk purchase.

2. Eligibility for Returns
A return request will only be considered under the following circumstances:
Mismatched Product: The item received is completely different from the order (e.g., ordered leather gloves, received cotton gloves).
Undisclosed Defects: The product has significant damage or functional defects that were not mentioned in the vendor’s description.
Incomplete Quantity: The quantity delivered does not match the quantity paid for.

3. Refund Process
Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. For machinery, a 72-hour testing window is provided.
Proof Required: Buyers must provide clear photos and a short video showing the discrepancy or defect.
Method of Refund: Once a refund is approved by our dispute team, the amount will be credited back via the original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash/EasyPaisa) within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Raw materials that have been cut, processed, or used by the buyer.
Spare parts that have been installed or show signs of wear.
Items where the buyer simply changed their mind after delivery.

5. Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to vendor error, the vendor will bear the domestic shipping/trucking costs.
If a return is allowed as a courtesy, the buyer is responsible for safely transporting the goods back to the manufacturer’s warehouse.
